We are searching of a Summer Closing Nail Tech.

Looking for a consistent, high-earning summer position in one of Michigan’s busiest tourist towns?
We’re hiring 1 Closing Licensed Nail Technician for a limited-time opportunity—with strong bookings, spa perks, and potential for long-term placement.

Closing Nail Technician (Summer Role)

Schedule:

• 5 days/week (you choose which 5 days: Monday–Saturday)
• Fixed shift: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• June, July, and August commitment required
• Opportunity for full-time placement following summer evaluation

What you’ll do:

• Perform pedicures, manicures, and Shellac services
• Average 4 services per shift (our techs stay busy!)
• Use only spa-provided products—no supplies needed
• Work in a clean, professional, team-focused environment

What you’ll earn:

• Approximately $35 per pedicure + gratuity (average ~$50 per service)
• W-2 employee status—no booth rental
• Free monthly spa service through our team swap program
• All tools, linens, and products provided

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a licensed nail technician with a strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, dependable, team-oriented, and brings a positive, drama-free presence. If you want to be paid fairly —

• Commission range: 40–52.5% based on your sales and schedule
• Premium pay on Sundays
• Starting equivalent: $40–$50+ per hour plus tips (massages start at $100/hour)
• Gratuities average 18–22%
• Training period: 30–90 days at 38% commission

• Full-time and part-time availability
• Must be able to work until 8:00 PM on 3–4 weekdays
• Saturday or Sunday availability required (or weekend on/weekend off rotation)
